Brian - Started working with the Team as I was poking around this spring (2024) was introduced to Tony and Matt through a friend as he'd worked with Tony previously. I met Matt a little after, and a couple weeks went by and we started seriously looking. house after house, it was not looking good, as I was being priced out of my budget through high-ball offers with no conditions. On a whim, Matt recommended I take a look at a Condo. I wasn't interested at first, but I went to take a look at it. Condo was very nice, in a great area (bettet than downtown Windsor) and huge potential. He suggested I throw an offer in for the hell of it, and it ended up being accepted that night! I would never have looked at this place if it wasn't for Matt. Deciding to go with Team D’Alimonte was one of the best decision we could have made for our family. This is the sixth house we have purchased-working with Tony D’Alimonte and I would like to say a couple of words about Tony as our agent.
